Childhood Obesity

Check out some new books dealing with a rising trend in the United States: childhood obesity.

Why are more and more children piling on unhealthy weight? Is it super-sized meal portions? Is it too much junk food? Is it playing more video games than basketball games?

Is it all of the above? What does this mean for future generations? What can you do about it, as a parent, as a brother or sister, as an aunt or uncle, as a citizen?

What do you think?
