Supreme Court Justice Nominee

With the upcoming retirement of Supreme Court Justice David Souter, President Obama has the task of appointing his replacement. His nominee is Sonia Sotomayor. She is considered a liberal judge and would keep the current balance on the Court. She would be only the third woman in history to sit on the Supreme Court and the first Hispanic.
